2025 Cheer

Welcome to the Post Falls Junior Tackle & Cheer organization! 

You have successfully registered your athlete for the 2025 cheer season.  

If the registration is canceled, processing/service/credit card fees are non-refundable.

This email is your registration confirmation. 

Here is some important information and dates for the upcoming season.

  1. A sports physical dated in 2025 is required in order to participate.  Sports physical and all other required forms must be turned in at the uniform fitting in July.  Forms will be sent out after registration.  
  2. Uniforms (top, skirt, and jacket) will be provided. Required uniform items that parents will need to provide: solid black leggings, solid black long sleeve shirt, solid black spandex shorts (to wear under cheer skirt), white ankle socks, and all white cheer shoes. They must be a cheer shoe and not another style of shoe.
  3. Parents will need to purchase the required cheer bow at the uniform fitting. 
  4. Practices will be Tuesdays and Thursdays 5-7pm for all grade levels.
  5. Game days will be on Wednesdays for 3rd and 4th grade, and Saturdays for 5th-8th grade.
  6. There will be an additional practice on Mondays for those interested in being on the competition team. 
  7. Important dates:
  • Uniform Fitting (and paperwork turn-in) at Minuteman Field– 

7/8 5:30-6:30pm Last names A-M
7/9 5:30-6:30pm Last names N-Z

  • Post Falls Festival Parade- 7/12 Time TBD (this is optional, not mandatory)
  • Cheer camp at PFHS- 7/21-7/24 (this is optional and there will be an additional registration fee)
  • Practices will begin Tuesday, August 5th at 5pm
  • Parent meeting will be on August 5th at the beginning of practice
  • 3rd and 4th grade games will be on Wednesdays from 8/20-10/1
  • 5th-8th grade games will be on Saturdays from 9/6-10/25
  • PFHS Homecoming Parade (Date TBD)
  • End of Season Party (Date TBD)

2025 Trojan Jr Cheer Camp


2025 Trojan Junior Cheer Camp

This camp is run by the Post Falls High School coaching staff and cheerleaders.  Athletes will participate in individual drills and receive a t-shirt.

Who: K-8th Grades (based on grade in September 2025 for the 2024-25 School Year)

When: Monday, July 21 - Thursday, July 24, 2025

Time: 5:30-7:00pm (sharp)

Where: Post Falls High School

Cost: $75 - proceeds support the PFHS cheer program.

Registration fees can be made by credit card through the PFJT website or checks can be made out to PFHS and handed in on the first day of camp.
